"The ContiSportContact 3 SSR (Self Supporting Runflat) is Continental Tire's Max Performance Summer run-flat tire designed to provide temporary extended mobility in case of complete air loss due to a puncture. The ContiSportContact 3 SSR is designed to combine outstanding braking capability and agile steering precision. Like all summer tires, the Continental ContiSportContact 3 SSR is not intended to be driven in near-freezing temperatures, through snow or on ice. ContiSportContact 3 SSR tires permit drivers to remain mobile in the event of a flat tire by allowing them to reach their destination or tire service facility without having to replace a flat tire with the spare tire.
