The Pilot Sport 3 features a Green Power Compound that delivers a combination of improved wet grip with increased fuel-savings and tread longevity. The asymmetrical tread design offers enhanced steering response on dry roads and superior control driving on bends. The combination of Anti-Surf System with a unique tread profile and optimized groove sizes/positioning bolsters anti-hydroplaning capabilities as well as improves braking performance, especially in wet road conditions. The use of Michelin's Programmed Distortion tire design provides enhanced steering control.
