Goodyear has designed this tyre as a max performance summer tyre and aims to meet the needs of modern-day supercars. These cars require tyres which can meet their performance needs without compromising comfort, and that is precisely what the Eagle F1 Asymmetric does. The design and internal structure of the tyre enhance performance on dry and wet surfaces.
The tyres feature twin steel belts. They have been strengthened through three layers of spirally wrapped polyamide cord which allow the tyres to excel in tread stability and enable drivers to experience high-speed driving without any fear. The Eagle F1 Asymmetric is built using Goodyear Active Cornergrip Technology, which allows for even contact patch while cornering. Similarly, the tread is made using Goodyear's Racing Compound Technology to offer similar traction in dry and wet conditions.
